Value Dossier Construction

Once the Phase III trial data has been analysed, Vision would take this analysis and combine it with country specific data to create the information templates required. Based upon the company defined positioning and marketing strategies we would construct the 'core value dossier' (CVD).

For each of the initial launch phase markets a formal pricing and reimbursement process is common in almost all major markets. Unfortunately, the needs of these pricing and reimbursement groups change constantly and, in addition, they differ by therapy area and patient population. Therefore Vision Healthcare has a monitoring process that is unique in so far as it maintains an ongoing dialogue with representatives of the payers and policy makers in the top 20 markets to ensure that the value dossiers built from the CVD are country specific and maximise the product opportunity.
